We focus on UK markets where the fundamentals are right, with much of our work in Scotland: Glasgow, East Kilbride and the wider central belt, alongside select deals in Edinburgh, Aberdeen and other UK cities where the yield justifies it. We have also worked across South Wales where the entry prices and rents stack up.

Location is where buy-to-let returns are won or lost. What tenants actually pay, how long a property sits empty, what an area is really like up close. We work where we know the ground, so the rental income we forecast is the rental income you get.

What investors usually ask first

How do you make money?

We charge for the work we do: sourcing, managing the refurbishment, and ongoing management. In most projects we also have our own capital in the deal alongside our clients, so we are exposed to the same outcome you are. We explain exactly how we are paid on a project before you commit to anything.

Do you guarantee a return?

No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Property carries risk, including the risk to your capital, and past performance is not a guarantee of future returns. What we give you is honest, evidence-based numbers before you buy, so the decision is made on facts rather than hope.

Where do you invest?

Much of our work is in Scotland, around Glasgow, East Kilbride and the central belt, with select deals in Edinburgh, Aberdeen and other UK cities, and we have worked across South Wales. We go where the fundamentals are right and we know the ground.

Do I have to become a landlord?

No. The point of working with us is that you do not have to. We handle sourcing, refurbishment, letting, compliance and day-to-day management, and keep you informed throughout.

How hands-on is it for me?

As hands-on or hands-off as you want. Some clients want a call at each stage; others want a monthly report and nothing in between. We work to how you prefer to be kept informed.

Can I invest from outside the UK?

Yes. A large part of our work is with overseas investors, many of them based in Malta and across Europe. You do not need to be in the country, or to travel here. We handle sourcing, refurbishment, letting and management on the ground, account for things like the Non-Resident Landlord arrangements on the rent, and keep you informed wherever you are. We run the usual identity and source-of-funds checks on every client, UK or overseas.
