Common questions

Where should I start if I am new to buy-to-let?

With the guide to your first buy-to-let in Glasgow or Edinburgh. It takes about nine minutes and covers the cash you need, the Scottish buying process, the landlord rules and our fees. Then put your own figures through the calculator.

Do I have to book a call before I can work with you?

No. You can join the weekly property deals on your own, or email us at hello@gaucimagri.com. For the personalised service a short call is the quickest way to agree your brief, and it is free.

Is there a minimum budget?

No. Our standard packages start at £2,500 per property. In Greater Glasgow the flats on our portfolio page cost between £52,000 and £120,000 to buy, and in Edinburgh expect to start at around £150,000. Send us your budget and we will tell you straight what it buys today.

What happens after the first call?

If we're a fit, we send you the package and the fee in writing. Once you pay the £500 deposit for a property, we start looking, and within 3 months at most you'll have 6 ready-to-buy properties to choose from. If not, you get the deposit back.
