This page explains what personal data Gauci Magri & Partners collects when you visit gaucimagri.com, get in touch with us, or work with us as an investor client, why we use it, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We do not ask for special category data (such as health information), and we do not make decisions about you by automated means alone.
When you first visit, a bar at the bottom of the page tells you that we use the Meta pixel. It is on unless you click No thanks, which switches it off on that visit and on future visits from the same browser. If you do not choose, the bar closes after five seconds and the pixel stays on.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only where we need to in order to run the business. Most of the providers below act only on our instructions; Meta and WhatsApp also use data for their own purposes under their own terms.
We operate from both the UK and Malta, and data moves between them. The UK and the EU each recognise the other’s data protection standards for these transfers. Some of our providers, or companies in their groups, may also process data in other countries, including the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by recognised safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension, or standard contractual clauses.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK (ico.org.uk), the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta (idpc.org.mt), or the data protection authority where you live or work. We limit access to the people who need it, use providers with recognised security controls, and serve this site over an encrypted connection. No system is completely secure, so if something does go wrong we will act quickly and tell you and the regulator where the law requires it.
Our site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, Facebook and WhatsApp. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave our site.
