Can you look at a deal I found myself?

Yes. Bring us a property you have found, or a shortlist, and we will run the numbers and the risks with you before you commit.

Do I have to use your sourcing service too?

No. Advisory stands on its own. If you later want us to source, refurbish or manage, that is a separate decision and entirely up to you.

Can you advise me if I am based outside the UK?

Yes. Many of the investors we advise are overseas, based in Malta and across Europe. We run the numbers and the risks the same way wherever you are, and factor in the things that matter for a non-UK buyer, such as the extra stamp duty surcharge and the Non-Resident Landlord arrangements on the rent.
