We do not ask for special category data (such as health information), and we do not make decisions about you by automated means alone.
When you first visit, a bar at the bottom of the page tells you that we use HubSpot, Google Analytics and the Meta pixel. None of them runs until you click OK. No thanks keeps all three off on that visit and on future visits from the same browser. Until you choose, the bar stays open and nothing is stored on your device. Google Analytics runs in a cookieless mode until then: it sets no cookies and sends Google only anonymous signals with no identifiers.
__hstc, hubspotutk, __hssc and __hssrc to record which pages you visit and, if you send us an enquiry, to link those visits to it._ga to count visits and show how people find the site, for example from Google search or an advert. We do not sell personal data. We share it only where we need to in order to run the business. Most of the providers below act only on our instructions; Meta and WhatsApp also use data for their own purposes under their own terms.
We operate from both the UK and Malta, and data moves between them. The UK and the EU each recognise the other’s data protection standards for these transfers. Some of our providers, or companies in their groups, may also process data in other countries, including the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by recognised safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension, or standard contractual clauses.

We limit access to the people who need it, use providers with recognised security controls, and serve this site over an encrypted connection. No system is completely secure, so if something does go wrong we will act quickly and tell you and the regulator where the law requires it.
Our site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, Facebook and WhatsApp. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave our site.
