Our story
We have been sourcing, refurbishing and managing UK property since 2015. We started by doing it with our own money, and we still do. Everything we offer clients is something we do for ourselves first, which is why we will only put a deal in front of you if we would be happy to put our own capital into it.
Over the years we have built a network on the ground, the agents, contractors, letting partners and professional advisers who turn a deal on a spreadsheet into a property that is bought well, refurbished properly and let to good tenants.
How we work
Our approach runs on four principles, and we call it the FAST framework.
- Fast. When a good deal appears, it does not wait. We move quickly so opportunities do not slip away.
- Accurate. Every projection we give you is built on real numbers: real rents, real costs, real timelines. We would rather tell you a deal is average than dress it up.
- Supportive. Property can be daunting, especially from a distance. We are there at every stage, and we answer the questions you actually have.
- Timely. You hear from us when you should, not weeks later. Updates, answers and reporting arrive when they are useful.
Where we operate
Much of our work is in Scotland: Glasgow, East Kilbride and the wider central belt, with select deals in Edinburgh, Aberdeen and other UK cities, and we have worked across South Wales. We invest where the fundamentals are right and where we know the ground well enough to forecast the rent honestly. Location is where buy-to-let returns are won or lost, so we do not stray into markets we do not understand.

We are not agents passing on someone else's stock, and we are not a faceless fund. We are investors who buy, refurbish and hold UK property ourselves, and we bring clients in alongside what we already do.
So when we show you a deal, it is a deal we would do with our own capital, because in most cases we are doing exactly that. Our interests sit on the same side as yours.

Are you estate agents?
No. We are property investors who source, refurbish and manage UK property for ourselves and for clients we bring in alongside us. We are not selling you someone else's listing.
Do you only work in Scotland?
Much of our work is in Scotland, but we take on select deals elsewhere in the UK where the numbers and our knowledge of the area justify it.
Can I invest from overseas?
Yes. A large part of our work is with overseas investors, many based in Malta and across Europe. With offices in Malta and the UK, we handle the property on the ground so you do not have to be here. We run identity and source-of-funds checks on every client, UK or overseas.
Do you give financial or tax advice?
No. We provide property sourcing, refurbishment and management. We are not financial or investment advisers and we do not provide regulated investment advice. For tax and legal matters we work alongside your qualified professionals.
