There is no single way we work. Some investors want their capital put to work in property on a clear, agreed basis without becoming landlords. Others want to be closer to the deal, sharing the decisions and the outcome. What fits you depends on your goals, your experience and how involved you want to be, and that is a conversation, not a webpage.

The way we work is the same wherever you are based: terms in writing first, our capital alongside yours where relevant, and full transparency. We run identity and source-of-funds checks on every investor, UK or overseas, and we encourage you to take your own independent legal, financial and tax advice in your own country as well as the UK.
