Can you just manage a property I already own?

Yes. You do not have to use our sourcing to use our management. Tell us about the property and we will explain how we would run it.

Do you provide legal or tax advice?

No. We coordinate qualified solicitors and tax specialists around your deal, but we do not provide regulated legal or tax advice ourselves.
